I am a registered social worker located in Ontario, Canada, specializing in working relational and attachment trauma, grief and bereavement and from a gifted and neurodivergent affirming place of practice. I work from the perspective of providing support and guidance through the healing process, and will sit with you through the dark times into a place that honours your challenges and grief and supports movement into lighter space. I also work with clients who are on the path of personal growth, and who are motivated to follow this path of discovery towards healing and living well.

My background is as eclectic as my approach, I am trained in Trauma and Attachment (Certified Trauma Integration Clinician), Birth and Reproductive Trauma, Flash Technique with Zentangle*, Compassionate Inquiry, Neurodiversity Informed Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapies, Dialectic Behaviour Therapies, grief, loss and bereavement, pediatric psychosocial care (Child Life Specialist), addictions counselling, holistic nutrition, and outdoor leadership. I work from a very relational perspective, seeing the value in healing through the therapeutic relationship, and I incorporate many of these modalities of practice into my everyday life as my own journey of growth is of continuous importance to me.
