Embodiment is not a technique.
It is not posture, tone, or brand aesthetics.
Embodiment is the deep practice of noticing:
How do I become the care I speak of?
What do I carry in my body as I hold space for others?
Where have I disassociated from my own values in the name of professionalism, neutrality, or safety?
To embody is to feel, to ground, to respond — not react.
To embody is to remember.
Professional development consultation for helping professionals seeking to ground themselves within their values and find balance of working for the greater good, expanding the scope of what ethical, professional practice means to include embodiment of values ’as a way of being’. This is not counselling or therapy, but dialogue and guidance on what it means to live the ethics and values in practice, and striving to be in right relationship with ourselves, others, the human made and natural systems we live in, and in the context of the modern professional world.
Short term professional consultation on 'Embodied Ethics' in practice and finding balance in helping work, child development, grief or death education, becoming trauma informed, mental health/wellness related issues as well as understanding and supporting the needs of gifted kids and adults.

This work is an offering toward another way of being in service, begining not with answers, but with questions, not to sell, but to stay — in integrity, in relationship, in the slow unfolding of what care might become.
I am not here to optimize.
I am not here to market healing.
I am here to witness.
To hold complexity.
To walk with those who feel the deep fracture between their work and their ethics — and want to repair.
I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), practicing counselling and psychotherapy in Ontario and (virtually) for residents of New Brunswick, Canada. The services I provide through this consulting practice are not psychotherapy, clinical social work, or mental health treatment, and do not replace regulated mental health care.
My offerings focus on:
These services are intended for professionals, practitioners, organizations, and systems — not for individuals seeking therapy, diagnosis, or mental health support. If you are in crisis or in need of therapy, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional in your local jurisdiction.
